Therapist Profile

Thank you for your interest in my services. I have worked as a professional therapist in the mental health field for over 35 years and have been a grateful recipient of several awards and commendation for community service. In addition to my private practice, I have worked in various community and hospital setting over the years providing counselling, psychotherapy, training, consulting, case management, and supervision of various clinical teams in Toronto, York Region, & Kawartha Lakes. Further, serving First Responders has also been a particularly satisfying part of my career. I am a graduate of The University of London / Imperial College of Science, Technology, & Medicine, York University, and Seneca College in addition to acquiring ongoing training throughout my career. *Of important note, now semi-retired, working part time, and having downsized my practice somewhat, I discontinued my designation as a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) in Mar.,2021. For some of you, this may result in my services not being covered by your company health benefits plan. As such, to assist I have reduced my direct fee for counselling services to $90.00 per hour session (in office or via phone). Additionally, 35-minute phone sessions are also available at $50.00 via e-Transfer. It would be my privilege to be of service to you. Please call the office to arrange a confidential appointment.
